Mindful Art

Mindful art is a creative practice that combines art-making, mindfulness and awareness. It invites us to slow down, tune inward, and give gentle attention to our feelings without judgment. Through the creative process, thoughts can settle, the nervous system can regulate, and new perspectives are able to emerge naturally. 


Rather than focusing on artistic skills, mindful art emphasizes presence, process, and self-expression. Working with different materials allows emotions to surface safely, supporting reflection, stress reduction, and emotional clarity. 


STUDIO R.B is a welcoming space where creativity meets emotion. It is a place to pause, breathe, and transform inner challenges into meaningful expression. Through guided mindful art sessions and creative workshops, I offer a conscious environment that allows the unconscious to gently unfold.

Art Therapy

In Art Therapy, art materials become a bridge to our inner world, helping us to express our emotions and experiences that words often cannot capture. The Art Therapist guides you gently through your creative process, helping you reflect on and understand the insights which emerge. 


As I am currently training to become a licensed Art Therapist, I do not yet offer Art Therapy sessions. This distinction is essential. My Mindful Art Workshops, however, offer practical tools to promote wellbeing and create a safe and supportive environment for creative expression.


You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from Art Therapy and Mindful Art practices, you only need curiosity and the willingness to explore yourself.

Rebecca Brandmeier - Mindful Artist and Guide

Originally from Hamburg in northern Germany, with time spent living in Sweden and France, I am currently based in Berlin. Living in a large, fast moving city has made me deeply aware of the emotional and mental challenges of modern life, and of the need for spaces of reflection and care. Until the end of 2025, I worked as an Environment, Health & Safety Consultant, navigating a male-dominated business world. While I valued the experience, I realized there is another path for me. Since July 2025, I have been dedicated to practicing and learning in Art Therapy, embracing every opportunity to deepen my understanding of healing through creative expression. For me, Art is balance and a space to breath. It helps me connect with my emotions, approach my challenges in life and continually rediscover myself.

My vision is to make mindful art an accessible tool for emotional and physical wellbeing. Through creative practice, stress is released, the nervous system is supported, and inner challenges are met before they  manifest as illness. I offer an inclusive, safe space rooted in authenticity and sustainability, where mindful art is a practice of honest expression and care.

These sessions are for anyone navigating everyday challenges and seeking to stabilize the nervous system, process emotions, and find inner balance - no artistic experience is required. Together, we explore mindful art, with me guiding the practices, supporting reflection and interpretation, and providing the safe space and art materials for you.
